Each certificate includes detailed specifications: carat weight, cut grade, color grade, clarity grade, and unique identification number.
Metal Purity: Our precious metals are hallmarked and tested for purity. Platinum pieces are 950 purity (PT950 Platinum), and gold jewelry is available in 9k, 10k, 14k, 18k and 22kt options.

Return Policy: We accept returns only if the product is damaged during shipping or due to manufacturing defects. To initiate a return, you must provide a high-quality video as proof of damage.
